Most people think Mounjaro is just about eating less. For me, the real change became obvious during a routine trip to the cinema. For the first time in my life, I left half a tub of popcorn unfinished. It wasn't willpower or dieting. It was the moment I realised the constant urge to keep eating had finally quietened down.
