Proper support alongside your weight-loss journey
Weight-loss medication can make a major difference, but receiving a prescription is not the same as receiving proper support.
Many people get their medication through their GP or a clinic and are then left to work out everything else alone.
What should you eat? How should you train? How do you protect your muscle, build better habits and prepare for long-term maintenance?
That is where well with you. comes in.
well with you. is a standalone coaching programme providing practical support with nutrition, movement, mindset and habits.
It is designed for adults who are already using GLP-1 medication through their GP, Everwell or another clinic, as well as adults who are not using medication but still want structured support with their weight.
FIRST MONTH FREE. THEN HALF PRICE FOR AS LONG AS YOU STAY.
If you’ve followed my journey, you’ll know I believe support matters just as much as knowing what to do. That’s why I’m involved with well with you.
Sign up at joinwellwithyou.com/mark and your first month is completely free. You don’t need a credit card to join, so you can try the support and see if it’s right for you.
If you want to continue after that, you’ll pay 50% off for as long as you remain a member. That’s €17.50 or £15 a month. No hidden extras, no long contract, and you can cancel anytime.
What is included?
Members receive support through the well with you. app, including:
• Weekly one-to-one check-ins with a real health coach
• Nutrition, movement, mindset and habit support
• Progress and habit tracking
• Wearable-device syncing
• Home and gym workouts from me
• Practical guidance and accountability
This is not a generic plan or an automated monthly email. It is ongoing support from people who understand weight management and the everyday challenges that come with it.
My role with well with you.
I am directly involved with well with you. as a Movement Health Coach.
My home workouts, gym workouts and movement guidance will be available inside the app for members.
The aim is not to turn everyone into a gym enthusiast. It is to help people become stronger, move more and build a routine that suits their own ability and lifestyle.
I am not simply endorsing the programme. I am part of the team helping to deliver it.
Nutrition and coaching with Nikki
The wider coaching programme is led by Nikki Coughlan, Head Health Coach.
Nikki supports members with areas including nutrition, meal structure, protein, fibre, hydration, habits, mindset and accountability.
The support is adapted to the individual rather than giving everyone the same rigid diet or generic plan.
Coaching, not clinical care
well with you. does not provide medication, prescriptions, GP consultations, clinical assessments or medical advice.
It works alongside the care you already receive from your GP, Everwell or another regulated clinic.
You keep your existing prescriber. They remain responsible for your medication, dosage, side effects and medical decisions.
well with you. supports everything around that care, including nutrition, movement, habits, mindset and accountability.
My clinical care remains with Everwell
My own clinical care continues to be provided by Everwell.
That relationship has not changed.
The simplest way to understand the difference is:
Everwell provides clinical care, prescribing and coaching.
well with you. provides standalone coaching without the clinical side.
This means people who already have a GP or clinic can access proper coaching without moving their prescription.
You do not need to be using medication
well with you. is also available to adults who are not taking GLP-1 medication.
The same coaching, weekly check-ins, movement support and app access are available. The programme simply adapts around whether medication forms part of your journey.
Why this support matters
Medication can help with appetite, cravings and food noise, but it does not build your routine for you.
Long-term weight management still involves:
• Eating in a way that supports your health
• Getting enough protein and fibre
• Remaining active
• Building or protecting strength
• Understanding your habits
• Managing difficult weeks
• Preparing for maintenance
Coaching cannot guarantee a particular result, but it can provide structure, education and accountability while you work on those areas.
That is the part many people are currently being left to manage alone.
My honest view
Mounjaro helped me enormously, but it was never the entire plan.
Training, nutrition, better habits and working on my relationship with food were also major parts of my journey.
Most people should not have to figure all of that out by themselves.
well with you. gives people access to proper human coaching, whether they are receiving medication somewhere else or are not taking medication at all.
For the first two weeks of launch, use MARK50 to receive 50% off any monthly, three-month or six-month subscription.
Offer ends 18 August 2026.
Important information
well with you. is a coaching-only service for adults.
It does not provide medication, prescribing, clinical assessment, diagnosis or medical advice.
People using weight-loss medication should continue to receive all medical guidance from their existing prescriber.
My role with well with you. relates to movement, exercise and the wider coaching programme.
